represented by the Minister responsible for the Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act (the "Province") at the following address:

both of whom are sometimes referred to herein as “the Parties” and each of whom is a “Party” to this Agreement.


THE PROVINCE AND THE AGREEMENT HOLDER AGREE AS FOLLOWS:


ARTICLE: I - GRANT OF AGREEMENT

1.01 Subject to this Agreement, and in consideration of the Agreement Holder’s covenants in it, the Province grants to the Agreement Holder the right to use or manage, and to deliver services in relation to, the Agreement Area within the provincial forest for the following purpose:
