Well, I spent a fantastic day snowmobiling all over the area today! The recent warm spell created a nice 'base' that was covered over last night by 4" or more. As for the lake... I was up and down it quite a few times, never saw any open water or slush in my track for that matter. Just the soft snow crushing down behind me :) As for quading across to the South Shore? Seems the snow on the lake would be to deep? Never tried it though... LOL
