Driving out yesterday we seen the large cougar on Sheridan West. It seemed to be very interested in some cattle outside the fence by the ranch near the sharp bend in the road. I think our driving up temporarily saved a cow or calf. It was way the heck bigger than we could have ever imagined. As for a bush encounter plan "A" has been officially cancelled and plan "B" will include more pepper spray and a fresh change of undies.
