Wondering how the smoke conditions are up at Deka and Sheridan lakes this week? Looks like the Little Fort and Gustaven fires are getting under control so we may be able to get up country for our vacation after all. I assume all quadding and dirt biking on Forest Service roads and trails is still closed off due to fire situations across BC?

From my perspective here on Sheridan, we've been pretty clear of smoke for a couple of days now. Baking our own bread though, the Interlakes can't keep it in stock! I don't mind though. lol as for the FS roads? I'm not sure...

Looks like more alerts and evac orders for Green Lake area and Clinton. How we doing up at Sheridan and Deka areas? Looks smoky and everyone in surrounding lake areas are still on alert?
