I am looking for any information on road maintenance permits with Forestry, enabling private owners to fix their access roads.
Apparently the south side of Sheridan is going through the process. We are on the east side of Bowers lake , with 12 cabins using a Forestry road for access Forestry has made it apparently quite clear ( through fines) that it won’t let us fix our 2000 foot road with out a permit. If anyone has any information on the liability insurance aspect of the permit and any tips, that would be appreciated. I believe Boulanger road residents are going through the process.
