Ice fishermen out with quads and side by sides on the south west side of the lake. Reports of 6" of ice. 3" of ice at my dock in the middle on the south side.

I'd expect thinner ice on the main part of the lake and to the east as there was open water there 5 days ago and weeks after the West / South West side of the lake froze.

finally an image from the camera. Looks like lake is still not frozen. Is this not late for ice on?

It was a little hard to tell, but it did look like the lake iced over about a week ago. Similar to 2014 when the ice first formed on Nov 30 a pineapple express opened the lake up again. That year it refroze around Dec 8, which is the latest date I have on record since Kiwi started posting dates since 2007. If the wind stays calm I'd expect it to refreeze in the next day or two.
