I know where he lives Bill, but you have to watch him as he will ply you with Fire Water and that Wild Wild Woman that shares the same roof with him for some reason I have never been able to fathom.
But you right Bill I agree the Voting Laws do not seem right but that is the Legislation that is laid down for bodies such as the CRD when they hold Referendums.

One last word on this referendum. I have nothing against it but I don't like the way the CRD ran it. How many of you non-residents were notified by mail?
Why were residents allowed one vote per person while non-residents were only allowed one vote per property, regardless of the number of owners! If you are going to vote on something this important that is going to raise your taxes by approx. $300 per year, I think ALL property owners should have an equal say.

I believe there were roughly 340 votes cast and of those 70% were in favour.

I love this website. I check it daily, including the guest book and am disappointed when nobody has left messages. Keep up the good work. Does anyone know if there is a place with a walk in cooler where hunters can store their meat for a few days? Thanks.

Went up the long weekend. It was great. spent time with our neighbors dinners and latenight campfires. So many stars at night, which puts you in a awesome state of mind.High winds and cold rain at times, which reminds us.... winter is coming. Maybe we will have more sunny days in September?
The lake was so clear, guys at day break hoping to catch their last fish. Heard their was a bear near Nath Rd. Maybe looking for a Konannee. Take-care everyone
