G'day Rob - thanks for the excellent website ! Keeps me sane over the winter (and spring) in the 'big smoke'.
Our cabin on LDR is a true summer place, so I will have to wait a few years before joining the sled club (I'm not getting any younger - the bones need to keep warm !).
All the best from the gang east of Bridge L., & keep up the good work

I will pass your request on to the President for a weekend meeting. However as an alternative you could phone us when you are up at 593 4770 and we will either come to you or you could zip down to East Sheridan Rd and we would be happy to look after you.
Cheers Kiwi (Bruce)

So what is the possibility of the Interlakes Snowmobile Club ever holding a meeting on a weekend so that outsiders might get an opportunity to attend and join? It's pretty tough to make it up on a weekday for us non-locals who are working. Just a suggestion......there might be others besides myself who might be interested in attending.

Didn't mean to tar everyone with the same brush, only those who have actually been dumping. I urge you to go see the site.

How do you know the garbage isn't coming from other locals who've decided to drive to that spot and dump? Perhaps you should think about your comments before branding everyone with the same iron.

Before you decide to tar & feather us, I would just like to reminder you that we don't all moult from the same chicken, duck, goose or turkey! There are those of us that are responsible and take our rubbish, etc. to the Sheridan Refuse site, after all that's what it is there for. Although I appreciate your concern don't forget, we are not all irresponsible. There are lots of us who love and appreciate nature just as much as you seem to.

Good Morning. The Interlakes Snowmobile Club has had a great summer and has been successful in obtaining two grants so we are hoping to purchase a new trail groomer so you should see great improvement in our managed trails this winter.
Do join your Club and send us back over the 100 member level and at the same time get the Insurance that will cover you for liability when riding snowmobiles.
First Meeeting (A Pot Luck Supper, bring a plate of food) will be Oct 10th INterlakes Hall.
Cheers Kiwi

We haven't been up since the beginning of August so not sure what you are talking about. Would you mind expanding?

Shame on all those West Sheridan people who have been dumping illegally on crown land. Check out the new forestry signage and huge dumping groud south of the fire hall along the 2145 road. Why not become part of the solution instead of part of the problem.
