Approximately 16 inches of ice at Sheridan off the shore of the south side. 8-12 inches of snow on the lake, with about 30% of the lake having another 1-2 inches of slush underneath. Not great for skidoo travel, terrible for quad. Anywhere from 12-24 inches of settled snow in the bush.

 Thanks for the info pretty much what I thought regarding the wall of snow. One year it was 6 ft and solid ice would cut your legs if you attempted to walk on top of the pack to get over.Hopefully the trails will be nice and safe for all to enjoy. Have not seen to many sunny days on the cam. Cheers!

Lots of snow on Nath & everywhere else. CIL or a D9 Cat might clear a driveway. Just kidding but the snow banks from the grader are 3 to 4 feet. Family are coming up for the long weekend to snowmobile. So, we have been out clearing the trails around Sheridan as the Interlakes Snowmobile Club Executive have opted out of the trail management agreement. We belong to the club & think they should still be maintained! Most trails are clear except for C & D which have not been checked yet. Slush on the lake but sleds were out there yesterday, reports of thin ice (5") on some parts. Hope this info. helps. Great snowmobiling, enjoy.

Rene, I've been up here all week... at least a foor of snow, lake and trails are geat for riding on, I haven't drilled any holes, but see the usual crowd out fishing by the Island. Life is good!
