Based on the webcam pictures, it still doesn't look like the ice is completely in. Late this year.

no sign of ice here yet, though windy/sunny; hope to be up there soon.

DO I NEED A PLOW

I believe all the new telus towers going up are part of the deal they signed with the BC government a year ago to provide cell coverage to rural communities throughout BC. I wouldn't count on Rogers putting up towers any time soon, which means you're stuck using a booster to get service if you're on rogers or fido.

Any news on if Rogers cell network works yet?
