from where I'm sitting, in front of A fire at the Lake with a North wind blowing snow against the cabin, June seems optimistic! LOL
However, I wouldn't trade where I'm at for anywhere else... :)

It is snowing & -8c but we have two Canada Geese nesting on our neighbor's lawn (the local fox was giving them the once over). I also believe that I heard a Loon calling today but the ice is still on the lake, hearing things?????

Can't wait for June. This will be our 2nd annual trip to Sheridan Lake. We've got the cabin booked, and the camera ready to snap a few shots of some trophy bows.

What on earth are you doing? We have just had our coldest (8C)morning since last September'07. Now you are throwing new snow around. Do you realise that we shall be with you in 2 weeks and we have to get "Her" gear into 2 cases!! Do I bring my own shovel? Put the coffee on we are all excited.

Imagine there are prople who would not call it awesome !!. The snow is not that unusual what is unusual is the temperatures. I had to throw another log cabin in woodstove to warm up the house this morning wink Minus 9.7 at 9.37 am
