I just want to say Koodo's to what Sandra relayed. Steve, we all owe you a great deal of graditude for all you have done and are doing. I can't thank you and John (Rotten) enough for towing my boat across the lake. The extra mile you guys are going is unbelievable! A huge, THANK YOU. I just know Fred's a big part of this too, so I extend my graditute to him as well.

Just wanted to show those that have cabins further east along south Sheridan, what the fire protection crew did today to our cabin, and is doing or has done to all cabins on the south side. Our cabin is almost in line with the furthest eastern point of the island. They crew was awesome and came with all the supplies and set up today. Hoping this gives those on the south side a bit of piece of mind that they're out there doing what they can to protect cabins along all of the south side.

Steve.....you are our un-sung hero. You have unselfishly taken time out of your day from protecting your place to take pictures, and have shared with us south siders all info that you have and putting the minds at ease that cannot make the trip up there themselves. Meanwhile, the fire is closer to you than many. If it wasn't for you, then Fred and John would not have gotten to our places to get stuff out. The three of you, would not have been able to save the few boats of our neighbours that you did. We owe a lot of gratitude to you my FRIEND. Stay safe, and keep up the good work. YOU ROCK!

The bombers have stopped. First attacked the north flank by the resort, and then moved to the other north flank by Jack frost lake. 8 loads of retardant dropped in addition to the few dozen loads of water (by each plane)
