They are better (than they were a couple weeks ago). None when the sun is out and wind blowing. Some when there's cloud cover, and lots still at dusk.

FYI... Reagan's Camera from the South Shore is back up and running. He'll also be adding wind and rain measurements next. Sadly, he also reports losing there 'Rope-Swing' tree to this wind storm. I see the kiwicam back up this AM, still waiting for power to my place.

A big North wind just blew through, A neighbor sent me a photo of a couple trees/wires down on Boulanger Pt. Way. Including my shop shade tree... :(
Looks like power is out in the region for awhile.

Hubby and I went for an ATV ride to the non power side of the lake trail in behind Sheridan Park Resort and rocks were still landing when we through them onto the ICE on that side :) I was kayaking in the sunshine yesterday at our place located by the Island in the Bay (where Greenlees B&B used to be) So ice was definitely still on in parts of lake as of May 2nd.

More weather balloons Kathy. BTW you were on the South Side. Be careful while travelling there they are a strange lot. Many have disappeared for hours even days with no recollection of what happened. Only vague memories of laughter, food and beverages.

We are at the lake and located in the small bay (island in front of us) on the west bay on Boulanger and ice is off in front of our place and ppl have been in here fishing but ice still on in majority of the bay. One day of some good sunshine should do it. May 1st

ok, a bit confused, the webcam looks like the lake is still frozen - but the kiwicam, and the noreast cam looks like the ice is off
So do we call Rotten by his new name?! Was his prediction bang on?
