agree with Sandra. Between the Friends of Bridge Lake webcam and the Beddow Tree webcam, we can track the weather and dream of the next trip to Eagan Lake. Thanks.

The deer was looking for a colder climate, so the gnome sold him a Travelocity package to ______? Seems like I saw a 'gnome home' on one of the South Side trails/roads once upon a time...

Was looking to come up to Pressy for the long weekend but not sure if the North Bonaparte road is plowed. Was up a couple of weeks ago and it had not been plowed. About 12' on the road. If any one has been by there and could let me know sure would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Rob.
There is Curtis, he has a pick-up truck with a blade on the front, his phone
# 250 644-1869.Curtis is local and very reasonable.
Last year I had my yard done by Richi, he did a good job with a quad + blade, I think he is from Lac de Roche. If your driveway has not been done at all this winter, you might want to ask Bill Versluys 250 593-2398, he is at Magnussen Rd. and has a pick-up truck with a large blade.
I know that Curtis and Bill are very busy, so call them well before you come up. Cheers, Mieke.

Hi Everyone! We are headed up to Sheridan Lake for the Family Day long weekend (arriving February 5th mid afternoon) I am just wondering if there are any local snow plow companies that could plow the driveway for us. I've tried googling and all I get are companies in 100 mile or Williams Lake. Thanks advance for the help!

Ashlynn,
Seems like every neighborhood has 'that guy' who'll watch your place or plow you out. If you mention what Road your on... someone here will know who you should contact, I'd think. Have a good weekend!

Helmut on Boulanger but unfortunately I don't have his number or last name. If you want, I can get more information next time we are up.

Rob: I believe my friend's place is on Lincoln Road.
Mark: that would be awesome if you could! This will only be my second time up to Sheridan in the winter and the gentleman we used last year actually moved down to the coast so he no longer does it!

The person is Helmut Loewen, (area code) 593-233too. He charges $100 per driveway.

Thank you for the help everyone! We contacted Helmut and he charges $100/hr (the hour starts as soon as he leaves his driveway) We are waiting for him to get back to us with an estimate
